These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Anirban Analytics website (anirbananalytics.com) and any services engaged through it, including Power BI dashboard development, Excel automation, SQL reporting, and data strategy consulting ("Services").
By submitting an inquiry, making a payment, or engaging our Services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our Services.
1About Anirban Analytics
Anirban Analytics is a sole proprietorship / MSME-registered data analytics consultancy (UDYAM-WB-01-0027086) based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, operated by Anirban Saha. We provide freelance and contract-based data consulting services to clients in India and internationally.
2Scope of Services
Services are delivered on a fixed-scope, project basis, structured around published packages (Starter, Growth, Pro) for both Excel Automation and Power BI Dashboards, or a custom quote for projects outside standard scope.

Any work requested beyond the agreed scope, number of revisions, or timeline will be treated as a new project and quoted separately.
3Project Process
Each engagement follows four stages: Discovery (free consultation to define scope), Proposal (written quote and timeline delivered within 24 hours), Build & Review (iterative development with client feedback), and Handover (final deliverable with a walkthrough video). Estimated timelines are provided at the proposal stage and are contingent on timely client responsiveness and data access.
4Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and accurate delivery, the Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely access to the data or files required for the project
- Respond to review requests and feedback within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure they have the legal right to share any data, files, or business information provided to us
- Make payment according to the agreed schedule
Delays caused by the Client (late data delivery, delayed feedback, or unresponsiveness) may extend the delivery timeline proportionally and are not considered a breach of these Terms by Anirban Analytics.
5Payment Terms
Pricing is displayed in INR for clients based in India and USD for international clients, in accordance with our published pricing structure. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (India) or Stripe / equivalent (International).
- Starter and Growth packages: full payment is typically required upfront before work begins.
- Pro packages and custom projects: a 50% advance is required to commence work, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery.
- Work will not commence, and files will not be released, until payment terms are fulfilled.
6Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverable (dashboard file, Excel workbook, or report) transfers to the Client for their business use. Anirban Analytics retains the right to showcase anonymized or generalized versions of completed work (e.g. screenshots with sensitive data removed) in its portfolio, unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing or an NDA has been signed.
Any underlying methods, templates, macros, or reusable frameworks developed by Anirban Analytics prior to or independent of the project remain the intellectual property of Anirban Analytics.
7Confidentiality
Client data and business information shared for the purpose of a project are treated as confidential and are not disclosed to third parties without consent, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available upon request for clients requiring additional contractual assurance.
8Limitation of Liability
Anirban Analytics provides data analysis, automation, and dashboard development services based on the data and information supplied by the Client. We are not liable for business decisions made based on delivered dashboards or reports, nor for inaccuracies arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated data provided by the Client.
Our total liability in connection with any project is limited to the amount paid by the Client for that specific project.
We recommend Clients independently verify critical business figures before making high-stakes decisions based on any dashboard or report we deliver.
9Refunds & Cancellations
Refund and cancellation terms are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or services rendered shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Alipurduar, West Bengal, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. International clients agree to this jurisdiction as a condition of engaging our Services.
11Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be revised periodically. Continued use of our website or engagement of Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
