Anirban Analytics provides digital, non-physical services — Power BI dashboards, Excel automation workbooks, SQL reports, and data strategy documentation. As no physical goods are shipped, this Service Delivery Policy explains how deliverables are handed over, in what format, and within what timeframe.
1What Is Delivered
Depending on the service purchased, deliverables typically include one or more of the following:
- Power BI (.pbix) files — fully built, interactive dashboards connected to your data source
- Excel workbooks (.xlsx) — automated workflows, Power Query pipelines, or macro-enabled files
- SQL scripts — queries, stored procedures, or database cleanup scripts as applicable
- A walkthrough video — a short screen recording explaining how to use and maintain the delivered file
- A written summary — key findings, assumptions made, and next-step recommendations where relevant to the project
2Delivery Methods
Deliverables are shared digitally through one of the following secure channels, agreed upon during the Discovery stage:
The Client is responsible for confirming receipt of the deliverable within 3 business days of sending. If no confirmation or issue is raised within this window, the deliverable is considered accepted.
3Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary by package and are confirmed in writing during the Proposal stage. Standard estimates are:

Timelines begin once full project scope is confirmed and all required data/access has been received from the Client. Delays in data access or feedback will extend delivery proportionally.
4Revisions After Delivery
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Revision requests should be submitted within the applicable support window (see the Terms & Conditions) with specific, actionable feedback to ensure fast turnaround — typically 1–3 business days per revision round.
5Rush Delivery
If a project requires delivery faster than the standard timeline, a rush delivery option may be available for an additional fee, subject to current workload. Please mention any urgent deadline during the Discovery stage so feasibility can be confirmed upfront.
Rush requests are accommodated wherever possible, but quality and accuracy are never compromised to meet an accelerated timeline.
6Failed or Delayed Delivery
In the rare event that delivery is delayed beyond the agreed timeline due to reasons within our control, the Client will be notified proactively with a revised estimate. Clients are entitled to request a partial refund in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy if a significant, unexplained delay occurs.
