Yes — the majority of clients are based in the US, UK, and APAC. All communication happens over email and video call. Time-zone differences have never been a barrier; deliverables are typically shared asynchronously and reviewed at your convenience.

Invoices can be raised in USD, GBP, or INR depending on your preference.

Every engagement follows four steps:

1. Discovery — A free 20-minute call or form submission to understand your data, goals, and existing tools.

2. Proposal — A written scope within 24 hours covering deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price. No hidden charges.

3. Build & Review — I build the solution in agreed sprints, sharing previews for feedback. You can request up to three revision rounds.

4. Handover — Final files are delivered with a walkthrough video. A 7-day support window is included for bug fixes.

Data security is taken seriously. You can share data via Google Drive, OneDrive, a secure file transfer link, or a read-only database connection — whichever you are comfortable with. Raw credentials are never stored locally.

If your project involves sensitive financial or customer data, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed before any files are shared. Just request one when you reach out.

Timelines are confirmed in writing before the project starts and are consistently met. If you have an urgent deadline, mention it upfront and a rush delivery option can be discussed.

The primary stack includes Microsoft Power BI (Desktop, Service, and Embedded), Advanced Excel with Power Query and VBA, SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL for database work, and DAX for complex data modelling and KPI logic.

For data ingestion and transformation, Power Query (M language) and Python (Pandas) are used where appropriate. All tools are industry-standard and work seamlessly with your existing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environment.

All projects are priced on a fixed-scope basis, not hourly. This means you know the total cost before work begins — no surprise invoices, no billing for revisions within scope.

Pricing is localized to reflect regional purchasing power — a common practice used by SaaS products and freelance platforms worldwide. Indian clients are billed in ₹ (INR), and international clients (US, UK, and other regions) are billed in $ (USD), at rates appropriate to each market.

The scope, quality, and delivery timeline are identical regardless of region or currency — every client receives the same level of care and the same production-ready deliverable.

Indian clients can pay via UPI, Net Banking, or card through a secure Razorpay checkout link. International clients can pay via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through a secure Stripe checkout link — both sent directly after your package is confirmed.

Payment is also accepted via bank transfer (SWIFT/NEFT), PayPal, Wise, or major freelance platform escrow (Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, Truelancer) if preferred. For Starter and Growth packages, full payment upfront is standard; for Pro packages, a 50% advance with the balance on delivery can be arranged.

Every project includes a 7-day post-delivery support window for bug fixes and minor adjustments at no extra charge. Requests that fall within the original scope are addressed same-day.

For ongoing changes — new KPIs, additional data sources, or layout updates — a monthly retainer arrangement is available, or changes can be quoted individually. Long-term clients receive priority turnaround times.
